The 2023 SA Rugby Under-19 Cup concluded with the Vodacom Bulls defending their title against the Hollywoodbets Sharks in Pretoria, marking their third successive triumph in the competition. The Toyota Cheetahs, DHL Western Province, Leopards and Valke U19s also competed over a single round of matches from 21 April, with the final on 10 June.
