The Springbok Sevens ‘A’ and Springbok Women's Sevens ‘A’ sides delivered good results in Dubai on the weekend, where they participated in the Emirates Dubai 7s International Invitational tournaments.

The Blitzboks have been grouped with Argentina and Ireland in Pool C of the men's competition for this weekend's HSBC SVNS Cape Town, with the pools and fixtures confirmed after the Dubai leg of the world series last weekend.

Springbok Sevens head coach Philip Snyman was not pleased with his team’s sixth place at the Emirates Dubai 7s and pointed to their inablity to secure and keep possession as the big work-on for next weekend’s HSBC SVNS Cape Town at DHL Stadium.
