The Vodacom Bulls emerged as the last remaining South African team in the EPCR Challenge Cup after booking their place in the quarter-final against Edinburgh following their Round of 16 victory against Bayonne in France, but the two other SA sides in the competition – the defending champions, Hollywoodbets Sharks, and the Emirates Lions – both crashed out.
