Mbonambi, who picked up a serious hamstring injury early in the Vodacom Super Rugby season, sheds some light on how he remains positive during the COVID-19 lockdown and his very special prize donation to the #StrongerTogether for R32-12 prize pool.

Marx’s girlfriend, Kirsten Grant, is a medical doctor and he talks about her involvement in the frontlines of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as his training regime with his brother’s assistance.

And Brits, who was the oldest member of the Boks’ RWC-winning squad, explains his life as a retired rugby player and his move into the business world with Remgro in Stellenbosch.
