The huge bonus-point win at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium in Port Elizabeth was their fourth of the campaign and followed on their 45-8 win over the Toyota Free State U20 side two weeks ago at City Park.
There were also convincing wins for the Vodacom Bulls and Cell C Sharks sides.
It was the youngsters from Pretoria who gained a surprisingly huge 79-10 triumph over the Lions at the Emirates Airline Park in Johannesburg.
That result means the light blue jerseys are now just two points behind frontrunners DHL WP on the league table with 17 points. However, the Pretoria outfit does have a game in hand compared to DHL WP's five outings to date.
In the other match played at the Sentraal Hoërskool in Bloemfontein, the travelling Cell C Sharks inflicted a third loss in four games on the Toyota Free State side, who lost 47-21 on their home turf.
The Leopards had a bye the past weekend.
Following the latest round of results, it is the DHL WP who sitting on top of the standings with 19 points from five matches, followed by the Vodacom Bulls on 17 points.
The defending champions, the Lions, slipped to third on the log with 15 points after suffering their second loss.
They are followed by the Leopards in fifth place, who have 10 points from two wins, the Toyota Free Staters in sixth position (six points) and the winless EP who are still searching for their first league point.
